The Red Lion in Bloxham is a popular and much-loved village pub. We have appointed by the new owner to secure planning permission for a significant operational upgrade. Our work involves designing a sympathetic extension to increase the pub’s dining capacity with a dedicated new dining room space, alongside the conversion of the existing building to successfully incorporate a modern micro-brewery. This project delivers increased commercial opportunity while retaining the venue's established community character.
