The clients’ use of space in this Edwardian era house was limited by a small galley kitchen and lack of natural light. An open-plan kitchen/living/dining space was realised allowing for a lighter, more homely space to relax in with unrestricted garden views. David worked with the clients to achieve this through concept design, planning permissions and consultant/authorities negotiations and liaison.
