An earlier extension to this property was in poor condition and the existing building needed a comprehensive refurbishment. The client chose to demolish the existing rear extension and create a large open plan kitchen/dining space, add a loft dormer to provide two additional rooms, adding strip windows to the gable end of the property to allow for plentiful natural light to an otherwise dark space. ervices provided: Concept design, planning permissions, Building Regulations drawings, consultant/authorities negotiations and liaison.
