This project involved designing a new, high-quality four-bedroom dwelling to provide permanent accommodation for staff at an existing racing horse training facility in Towcester. The architectural approach balances a traditional countryside farmhouse typology with modern performance standards, utilizing local stone for the exterior façade and featuring a steep pitched roof with pronounced parapet gables and robust stone chimneys. The design prioritizes comfort and daylight, ensuring all living spaces and bedrooms benefit from multi-aspect light while creating a robust, proportional, and contextually respectful home
